Showing up regularly so clients get to know you. Putting in the time and work to help advertise, VIP Group posts when working (1 every 1-2 hours), going out meeting people/making friends and excitedly inviting them to visit you at work and show them around. Having the Club in your profile picks. Advertisement boards around the Grid. These all help build traffic and client relations.

Freelance Staff will be expected to maintain Staff Ad Board for L$100 per week! Non-Exclusive and Exclusive Staff get free boards and dedicated tip jars at boards. (Ad boards have lots of features including adding images, notecards and links, icons for voice, cam and lovense plus you’ll get notified when touched and have the option to view recent clickers so you can easily view profiles.) We HIGHLY recommend you have a pick for ♱𝕯EMONIA 𝓒LUB♱ in your profile. (This will help to promote the club and drive traffic, which will only benefit you in the long run!) Having ♱𝕯EMONIA 𝓒LUB♱ Groups visible as well may pique interest and potentially gain VIPS.
Use the groups to communicate with Staff, example a guest shows up looking for a Domme and none are in the BDSM area or club, put a message in 𝓢taff Chat or check to see if any are online. And vice versa if someone is looking for an Escort and only a Dominant is available. Or if a client IM’s you, let staff know in Group Chat. We do not IM clients first! We let them decide who they want to message.
Voice is currently not mandatory, but preferred while working in the club on stage or in the dungeon. If you’re unable to voice, at least being able to hear others on voice is helpful and recommended!
Cam For Non-Exclusive and Exclusive Staff, If you wish to offer cam-hired sessions, you must do a quick verification via Discord with Management before being given the tag.

Percentages – Freelance 75% of tips/hires, Non-Exclusive 80% of tips/hires, Exclusive 85% of tips/hires.
ALL PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES – TIPS – MUST GO THROUGH THE TIP JAR.
If you are caught taking money directly, you will be let go and ejected from the group.
There are people who will watch and check staffs honesty.
If you are tipped directly by a client, tip that amount into your jar and fill out the direct tip form on Discord with a screenshot included.
The club gives you a place to work and advertise, and brings you the clients and the money; it’s only fair we get our small percentage to keep the business running!
Hourly Pay:
Freelance earns no hourly wage.
Non Exclusive earns L$20/hour. 
Exclusive earns L$20/hour.
(Staff MUST have club in profile picks, groups visible in profile, and do minimum hours per week)
Staff has opportunities to earn weekly bonuses based off performance. (Hours Worked Bonus (for Non-Exclusive and Exclusive Staff), Miepon and Champagne Tips) *These pay rates are subject to change at any time without or with limited notice.*
Pay periods are Weekly (Sunday-Saturday) Currently all payments (for full hours worked if minimum hours have been met) are paid at the end of the pay period. Hourly Payments are sent Sunday around 12am SLT. Bonuses are sent within 24 hours from end of pay period.
Recommended: Work at least minimum 1 hour per shift. (More is always better!) Consistency is key in helping you build client base, showing up regularly, regular days or hours, having a schedule etc. so clients know when they can see you.
Minimum hours required per WEEK:
Freelance – none!
Non-Exclusive – minimum 3 hours per week.
Exclusive – 5 hours minimum per week.
To be paid hourly wage you must complete minimum hours.BONUS for Hours Worked (applies to Non-Exclusive & Exclusive Staff):

Wait the 5 minutes before leaving. *If you’re the last person on staging calling 10 minutes (if able) instead of 5 is helpful to allow others time to make it in and keep the stage warm!
SD=Stepping Down/Leaving
This is helpful so others online may be able to come in and work, especially if there are guests present!
If the stages/dungeon will be empty when you leave, mention that especially if guests are present and give a 10 minute warning call if possible instead of 5. “10/0/2 Stages will be empty if anyone is available to keep them warm.” or “Stages will be empty and guests are present.”
Stage Calls Are NOT Mandatory but HIGHLY recommended at this time, but very helpful to keep other staff informed of activity and vacancy needs. Those who utilize all these features, stage calls in world and discord, VIP notices in world and discord have higher chances of being our SOTM – Staff Of The Month!
Dance stage – hover mouse pointer over the center of money section, touch to sit (remember to turn off AO or you may appear sitting to others) we have 9 stage spots in each section). Touch for dance options and adjusting height. Or feel free to use your own dances!

Working - AFK - Greeting Clients
When you work, that means you are alert and present, greeting everyone that comes to the club. This does not mean get on stage or stand/sit somewhere and zone out and go AFK, Tab Out or direct your attention elsewhere. You should be actively aware of your surroundings, who is coming and going, greeting all guests in a timely manner and responded to chat/voice in a timely manner. If you are on the clock while appearing non responsive repeatedly, you will be let go.
If something comes up and you have to step away, excuse yourself and go to the Staff/Dressing Room.
When working you are to appear available.

If you have to go AFK, please go into staff/dressing room or off stage out of the way. There is an AFK Gift to wear in the staff/dressing room that you can use or in the Elite VIP Group an AFK Tag or VIP Group Off-Duty Tag.

⚠️ DO NOT IM CLIENTS. Let them IM you first. If they do and you are chatting in IM, make a quick post in Staff Group so others working know. ( example: IM with Cody or In IM with Bob ) or if you have to leave and the stages/club will be empty especially if there are clients there.

⛔ The stage is NO PLACE for collars with leashes. If you want to be collared and on a leash for someone or kneeling/submitting to them, you should be paid for a SESSION through your Tip Jar and playing in the BDSM area or in one of the Private Rooms. Champage Tips and Miepons
Champagne Tips! There are glasses of Champagne clients can purchase of L$125. They can then transfer/give the item to you. Like the Miepons, Send/transfer a Folder with your Name and date of the week with Champagne(s) collected throughout the week to MistressStJade in world and Management will send you L$100 for each glass.
Miepon machine in the club main floor and upstairs. Each Miepon costs the client L$1,000 and you get L$800 for each one you turn in. Must be turned in weekly Sun-Sat. Send/transfer a Folder with your Name and date of the week with Miepon(s) collected throughout the week to MistressStJade in world. Payments for Miepons will be sent end of week (usually Sunday, start of the new week) for any turned in.
NOTE: We do not payout for Elite VIP Member monthly gift Miepons. These will have VIP in the name with Expiration date. (You can decided if you will accept them. Though keep in mind if staff is not accepting them, it will not look good on the club or staff!)
Countdown Timer HUD
BE SURE TO TIME ALL PAID ACTIVITIES! There are Timer HUDS available for staff group use in various areas (chairs, furniture/BDSM area etc.) It’s a good way for clients to know when their time is up as well and prevent any time suckers trying to freeload your valuable time. And it may help notify them when time to tip more to extend the fun! You can find the same hud on Marketplace. Excessive time spent over the paid for time will get you a warning. Multiple warnings may result in termination.
We use and recommend Milo’s Countdown Timer HUD so you can track all paid for sessions/services to make sure you aren’t going over the allotted time and therefor losing out on earnings.

You will find this timers in many areas of the club for Staff to utilize when doing a timed paid service. Never give it away for free by losing track of time, plus the visible timer and chime alerts the clients as well. So if they’d like to continue, they may tip more for additional time.
